Inspiration: Bleu de Chanel Eau de Toilette (Vintage Formulation) by Chanel. To commemorate the 10th year anniversary of the release of Bleu de Chanel, we knew we had to do right by Chanel’s fan base and release something nearly identical to the original from 10 years ago. As I’m sure you as the reader knows, Chanel has released several iterations since the inception of the original from 2010. In the past decade, both an eau de parfum and a parfum version have been released. In addition to that, the original eau de toilette has endured several reformulations that have chiseled away at the formula until it has whittled down to a tenuous and flimsy version of itself. Its heritage is unmistakable, and the fragrant offerings of the brand have gone down in the books as some of the best.
