BILLING & SHIPPING INFO
Our tie of the month subscription orders will be created & billed on the 1st of every month, delivery will occur between the 7th and the 14th of each month. If you have a special day of the month (birthday, anniversary, etc) that you need the tie to arrive by, please email us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate.
NO HASSLE CANCELLATION
If you decide for any reason that you no longer want to be subscribed to our ties of the month program, simply email us at greatnessgroupllc@gmail.com. Put cancel my subscription in the subject line, and include your name, and contact details in the body of your email so we can process the cancellation ASAP. As long as you have emailed us, at least 7 days prior to your next billing date, we will ensure you are not billed again.
